Lyrics:

Your movies are starting to tank
I hope you put money in the bank
Enquirer calls you a skank
but you’re still in my spank bank

The world has seen your vajayjay
We all know that you shave
You just went up three points
I love those tabloids

I don’t even care if your career is dead
I’ll stand by you till you’re well fed…

Lohan, can I be your man?
If you get too drunk, I’ll call you a cab
If you make bail, I’ll pick you up from jail
Lindsay the things I would do,
to get down with you

If you get sent to rehab
I promise I won’t be mad
I’ll even sneak in your stash
And keep your mom off your cash

I’ll make threatening phone calls
If VH1 busts your balls
I’ll show up at their studio
If TMZ calls you a ho

I don’t even care if your career is dead
I’ll stand by you till you’re well fed…

Lohan, can I be your man?
If you get too drunk, I’ll call you a cab
If you make bail, I’ll pick you up from jail
Lindsay the things I would do,
to get down with you

Rock School

Rock School 2008 — January 14 to 18

The Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University is developing the very best national and international raw talents into innovative and creative musicians. Located on Griffith University’s Gold Coast campus, the programs provide a conservatorium environment that nurtures creative abilities in world-class facilities.

Spanning all popular music genres, the Conservatorium’s programs are designed to broaden students’ skills and our unique approach ensures that students leave the Conservatorium as diversely skilled musicians.

January 2008 sees the launch of a holiday extension program, “Rock School”, for musicians and music students from 15 to 18 years of age who wish to expand their skills in popular music.

“Rock School” will run for five full days from January 14 to 18, with participating students drawn from across the regional area. The students will attend a series of workshops given by experts in their field culminating in the recording of their work at the end of the week which they can take away with them. Classes are limited to 25 students to ensure that students can gain the most from their experience. Students will learn how to make the most out of the current conditions of the popular music industry, how to set up a live sound system, and how to use computer music technologies to enhance their creative work. They will participate in song writing, rehearsal and performance workshops, and have the opportunity to work on ‘both sides of the glass’ of an industry standard recording studio.

Students who play and who have at least a developing skill on guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboards, percussion, strings, trumpet, trombone, sax, vocals and those interested in areas of recording and music technology should not miss this opportunity to mix with students from around the state and to work with and learn from highly experienced teachers from the music industry.

Wobinidan – February 4th

Another tune I made for the RPM project, just finished it tonight. Please tell me if the bass is too loud. Oh yeah, and here are lyrics and stuff:

oh lately, i’ve wondered
whether clouds twist and distend
and if they feel human
how do they let themselves go?

now affect particular reasoning
and you sing
and you shake
and you burn
and you break
